As beginner you will start in the Professional Development Program to develop common consulting skills and assess the direction of your future specialization. Analysts develop core skills in a service area. Consultants focus on building stronger supervisory, problem-analysis and core competency skills. Managers broaden their team management and leadership skills. People with deep specialist skills progress to the level of Associate Partner, as they exercise thought leadership in client and/or internal projects. Training possibilities

Training at Accenture provides the professional development our personnel need to continue to grow professionally and ensure Accenture's market leadership. We have many formalized training centers around the world. Our largest facility is our Center for Professional Education in St. Charles, Illinois, USA. On top of workshops and seminars, training programs are also available through videoconferencing, CD-ROM or real-time access via the internet. Type and frequency of training offered to Accenture professionals depends upon previous experience, career level, client responsibilities and career path.

Selection procedure

Submit your application by e-mail or via internet giving full personal particulars and cv. After a positive screening, we invite you to take part in an initial selection exercise. This involves a test of your analytical abilities and a look at your team skills in resolving a case study as part of a group. This is followed by and interview with a recruiter and two managers. If we think you have the potential, we invite you back for a final interview with a partner. We then make an offer to successful candidates. All candidates, whether accepted or not, receive constructive feedback.

Diplomas required

We recruit candidates directly coming from universities. We are seeking for highly motivated individuals with following profile:

  • University degree in civil engineering, commercial engineering & applied economics (with option informatics), informatics and any science degree or other degrees with a complementary informatics oriented diploma.
  • Very good analytical and problem solving skills
  • A real team player
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Eager to learn
  • Open minded
  • Comfortable in dealing with a range of problems with a degree of ambiguity. This is the nature of our work, where not every problem is the same.
  • Willingness to travel

Language skills

  • For Belgium: Dutch, French and English
  • For Luxembourg: English, French, (German)
